All classes start at 6:30pm and classes vary.
These classes are designed to help empower the community with knowledge and self-care for healing the mind and body. Classes are for all ages. Pre-registration is recommended as some class sizes are limited.
First Tuesday- East Wind Happy Hour:

Second Tuesday: Guided Meditation:
Join Jason for a free guided meditation. This guided meditation will help you dive into the sanctuary that dwells within you through the use of pranayama (breathwork), mantras, imagery and soothing sounds. The perfect way to reconnect to your mind, body, and spirit in a compassionate and nourishing atmosphere. All are welcome. Chairs, props and cushions will be provided to ensure you have an accessible and comfortable seat.
Third Tuesday: Home-Care Class:
Join East Wind's Massage team to address common aches, pains, tensions, and stress with home care tools and knowledge to improve health. Topics include Ear Candling, Fertility & Pregnancy, Foam Rolling & Myofascial Release, Pain Management, Reflexology, Cupping & Gua Sha, Trigger Point Therapy, Massage & Digestion, Headaches, the Connection Between Posture & Pain, and more!
Fourth Tuesday: Beginner's Movement Class:
Class style varies-often yoga but also Pilates, Barre, Tai Chi, etc. Dress in comfortable, flexible attire. Bring a yoga mat & enjoy!
Fifth Tuesday: MYSTERY CLASS:
In the event there a fifth Tuesday in a month, a random topic will be added to our schedule. Please check back regularly for updates.
